AI training for marketing and sales teams

Growth Machines runs hands-on AI workshops for marketing and sales teams, built around the tasks your team repeats every week. Sessions last 90 minutes and run inside your own Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini licenses. They are in French or English, in person in Montreal or remote.

Run it in the agent

Which of your team's tasks should AI take first?

Give the agent your website, then list the tasks your team repeats and the hours they take. It maps each one by effort, time back and risk, and writes the first three set-ups. Free, with a free account.

What we do

A 90-minute hands-on session for your marketing or sales team, in person in Montreal or remote, in French or English.

An interview with you beforehand, so the session is built around your work and your tools

We interview you before the session and design it around the tasks your team repeats. Your team gives 90 minutes; we do the preparation.

Live practice on your team's real tasks, inside your own licenses

Your team practises on its own work, in the tools it already pays for, with questions built into the session.

A prompt pack built from your team's workflows

Prompts and templates from your team's own workflows, ready to reuse the next day.

The full session recording

For anyone who missed the session or joins the team later.

The problem. Paid search had plateaued and nobody could say why. Four tools, four versions of the truth.

What we did. Reconciled Google Ads, GA4, Search Console and SEMrush into one picture, then a 30/60/90 roadmap with an owner on every line.

“Engaging, very clear, and highly relevant. David tailored the content and flow to our specific needs, and staff appreciated his practical explanations and interactivity.”

The details

Where it usually goes wrong
  1. A demo instead of practice

The team watches someone else use AI, agrees it looks useful, and goes back to the old way on Monday. Habits form by doing the real work.

  2. Generic prompts

Prompts copied from the internet do not know your offer, your clients or your voice. The output needs rewriting, so people decide the tool is not worth it.

  3. Licenses that sit unused

Seats are bought, a few people use them, and nobody can say what the company gets for the money.

  4. No clear rules on what to share

Without plain guidance on client data, careful people avoid the tools and others take risks.

Questions

How long is a session?

90 minutes, with questions built in. We do the preparation, including an interview with you beforehand.

In person or remote?

Both. In person in the Montreal area, or remote anywhere.

Which tools do you train on?

The ones your team already uses: Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini. We train inside your own licenses.

Can the session be in French?

Yes. Sessions run in French or English.

What happens after the session?

30 days of async follow-up while the new habits form, then office hours if you want them.

How do you know it worked?

We track seats active, weekly active users and workflows in use at 30, 60 and 90 days, reported to you.

Does the team need to know AI already?

No. The interview beforehand tells us where your team stands, and the session starts there. People who already use the tools leave with better prompts; people who do not leave with their first workflows.

What about confidential client information?

We cover what can go into which tool under your own licenses and policies, with examples from your team's work, so careful people use the tools instead of avoiding them.

Is it a demo or hands-on?

Hands-on. Your team works on its own tasks in its own tools during the session, with questions built in.

See where you stand in minutes.

Open the growth agent and give it your website and your goals. It reads your site, looks at your first screen like a visitor, asks ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Mode what they say about you, and ranks what to do. Then do the work with your team, or hand it to the studio.
